This page explains how your personal data is handled when you pre-register with BDSM Link.

Data collected
Nickname, e-mail address, page language, date and version of the consent text, and a non-reversible cryptographic hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. This website does not use tracking cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to confirm your pre-registration and to inform you when the service opens. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention period
Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 12 after the service opens. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is hosted by Suisse. It is not sold and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to support@bdsm-link.ch.
Minors
The service is reserved for people aged 18 and over.
